Its wednesday again, and you know what that means...
its time to run around in circles.
Well, maybe ovals.
Its also time to get down and dirty with the track, and really see what makes Kezar that cool orangy-pink color. How are we going to do that, you ask? Core work! Sit ups, push ups, lunges, and whatever else we can come up with.
To avoid getting that cool orangy-pink on your ass, I suggest you bring a yoga mat or towel.
Its chilly out there so dress warmly.
Workout starts tonight at 6:30pm - please be there at 6:20 or so, so you have time to put down your stuff, go to the bathroom, complain about Bush, etc.
We'll probably do a total of 4 to 4.5 miles of running, including the warmup/cooldown.
