Track is back!
Meet tonight at Kezar, 6:30pm, for another quality workout from your pals at Team Bad Ass.
As usual, you'll find us at the northeast corner at the bench nearest the water fountain.
Be there or I'll tell momma you were out past curfew.
This past weekend was a whole lot of fun, I must say. Thanks to Laurence for setting it all up.
But Wildflower still hangs over us and we must soldier on. And so we will once again have track tonight, at Kezar, at 6:30pm. We'll try to get in some good distance so that we're ready for next month!
Track this week is at Kezar, 6:30pm.
Sorry for the late notice, but track is at the usual time tonight - 6:30pm at Kezar, northeast corner, at the rightmost bench..
as almost always, a trip to kezar for a little "recovery"!
Don't forget, track is tonight at 6:30 at Kezar..don't be late!
Rumor has it that some half-asses may show up this week, it being
february and all.
Don't miss all the core-crunching, leg-burning excitement, only at kezar...
Look for the Bad Ass sign!
Don't forget, track is tonight at 6:30, at Kezar Stadium. We meet, as always, on the northeast side of the track at the bench on the far right. Look for a yellow "Bad Ass X-ing" sign, thanks to Brian for picking it up for the team when he was in Kona last spring!
As always, workout locations are on the Workout Locations page.
Early in the season is the best time to really challenge yourself on hills - lots of slow climbs give your legs the strength they need to safely build endurance and speed in the coming months. As such, we've got some great workouts planned.
Its wednesday again, and you know what that means...
its time to run around in circles.
Well, maybe ovals.
This weekend the weather is looking good and we have two workouts on tap. Please try to be there 10-15 minutes early so that we can leave at the time listed.
We're going to kick into gear immediately with track practice this wednesday. We'll meet at the usual time, 6:30pm, at the usual location, Kezar Stadium, in the usual spot, the northeast side of the track.
Laurence will be running track this wednesday at Kezar. He writes:
> For those really eager to start running again, I will
> be at Kezar tomorrow, 6:30, at the NE corner, for a
> light, informal track workout.
Please join him out there - it should be lots of fun!
