During the regular spring/summer season, you can usually count on the following workouts:
- Saturday morning ride: 9am, usually leaving from the Gravel Parking Lot. Bring your running shoes too! Sometimes we have a brick workout and run afterwards.
- Sunday morning run: 9am, location varies. Often during the summer we swim at Aquatic Park and then run from there.
- Wednesday night track: 6:30pm, at Kezar Stadium in Golden Gate Park.
